1.Can I sell the song(s) I make with your beats?

Absolutely YES. Check our Licensing section on our web site for more details.

2. Do I own the beat after I buy it ?

No, you do not own the beat. All non exclusive beats are LEASED not SOLD. You are leasing the rights to use it. By downloading the beat, you are bound to the terms and conditions of non exclusive use.( See Licensing section on our web site)

3. Will you promote a song made with your beats?

YES. A special section on our web site will be dedicated to artists that made a song out of our beats. On top of this, if you record your voice/ make the song and you send it to us you will get another free beat ( one time only) to keep you motivated to produce and do what you like most - KEEP MUSIC ALIVE

4. Do you have a return policy?

Unfortunately No. We can not offer returns or refunds on digital downloads.If for some reason you cannot access the link to download your beat, we will help you by resending  the download link to complete your purchase. Please listen your desired beat carefully before making the purchase, when you decide that you love the beat ( and we know you do) proceed to the next step and get your beat.

5.What format do the music tracks are delivered?

All the music tracks on our web site are direct downloads sampled at 192kbps, 44.1kHz MP3 format. Also, you will have the option to get your music tracks in WAV or AIFF formats delivered on CD( exclusive/custom License ONLY).

6.How do I buy a beat? Do you take credit card payments?

Click on the checkmark box in the beat player for either leasing rights ( non exclusive) or exclusive rights for the beat(s) you want to purchase. Your selection(s) will then be added to your shopping cart. All purchases through 2ACCESS Inc are handled directly and securely  through PayPal where you can use your credit card or PayPal account funds to pay for the beat(s). Once you’ve purchased a beat from 2ACCESS Inc and your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail within 5 minutes with download links for your purchases. 2ACCESS Inc does not handle in any way credit card transactions.
